Life is about finding a balance in everything we do - in working, eating, moving our bodies, spending time with our loved ones and with ourselves, in creating and consuming, etc. Therefore it's to no surprise that finding a balance can be…well, complicated sometimes.  We want to treat our bodies the right way, we want to be active, but also take enough time to rest, we want to look good and feel good, we want to eat nutritious food, but we also want to stay sane and enjoy eating whatever we're craving.
