In July 2003 the bodies of 39 year old Joanie Harper, her 70 year old mother Ernestine Harper, and Joanie’s 3 children,  Marques, 4, Lyndsey, 23 months and 6 week old Marshall, were found inside their home in Bakersfield, CA.
