Justine is a born and raised New Yorker who’s been DJing in the city since the late 90's and became a go-to party promoter at the heart of New York City’s famous nightlife and music scene in the 2000s. She co-hosted weekly parties like Aktion at Lit Lounge, Tiswas at Don Hill’s, and the moveable feast known as Motherfucker. Rob and Justine talk about New York’s music and club scene of the era, how its inclusivity and grittiness bucked the trends of the 90’s, and what nightlife used to be like in the days before social media.
