Blind Athletics: An Interview with Matt Simpson
Matt Simpson was born with a congenital retina disease that left him severely visually impaired from a young age. Unwilling to let his impairment stop him, Matt became involved in goalball, where he was Phil’s camper at sports camp, and began to compete on elite levels, which has led him around the world in representation of the US.
