This chapter of Bluey Bros refers to episode 1:13, Spy Game. In this episode we discuss leadership as it revolves around Bandit and Bluey and the chaotic results of having a leadership style that doesn’t empower others around you. We apply this to the dynamics between the girls, but also of groupwork generally. In this episode you also see the maturing of Bingo as she walks away from a dynamic that leaves her feeling disempowered, leading to Bluey recognizing what she, as the leader, has to do to bring Bingo back into the fold.
