Episode 5, Season 2: Toxic Masculinity and body image, with Stevie Blaine aka Bopo Boy

This week’s episode revisits the idea of toxic masculinity and the effect it can have on body image, as we chat to body positive activist, campaigner and influencer Stevie Blaine aka Bopo Boy. It’s a great episode to listen to if you’re a parent to boys, or if you’re looking for ways to get teenagers to engage with the subject of body image. It’s also a very useful listen if you’re looking for ways to be a support to someone going through body image issues or dealing with an eating disorder. Trigger warning: this episode does touch on the subject of eating disorders.
