Episode 6, Season 2: What’s a healthy diet, anyway? With The Urban Kitchen’s Toral Shah

When it comes to knowing what we *should* and *shouldn’t* be eating, it can be a confusing business. There are lots of wellness myths out there, health food fads and junk advice which can prove to be the opposite of “healthy”. We speak to nutritional scientist, chef and cancer charity ambassador Toral Shah, about the subject in this week’s episode of Body Cons. Toral shares with us the basics of what a healthy diet actually looks like, why there’s no such thing as a “one size fits all approach” to health, and how her own cancer diagnosis made her even more interested in what she was eating.
