Ryan Wright is the CEO of DoHardMoney.Com. Ryan started investing in real estate when he was a rookie. He soon saw that it was difficult to get funding quickly on these properties, much less from reputable and reliable sources. Having come from a real estate investing background, he sought to provide a way for others to grow their real estate investing business by offering short term loans with no money down or monthly payments. The solution was dohardmoney.com, a private hard money company that provides short-term funding to real estate investors. 

Education/Experience 

Ryan Wright studied Marketing and Management, Business at the University of Phoenix and Marketing, University of Utah. 

Ryan Wright is the CEO of DoHardMoney.Com. Do Hard Money.com provides short term funding to real estate investors. They do this based on the equity in the property rather than the qualification of the borrower. They can fund within 48 hours (or less) and offer loans for up to 8 months with no payment for up to 5 months. They can also loan on Single Family Residential Homes. Ryan Wright is also the founder of www.mywrighthome.com, where he helps buyers purchase short term sales homes.

Accomplishments

Ryan Wright was named "Real Estate Rookie of the Year" by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors within his first year in the industry. Ryan has three publications to his name, "The Most Powerful Secrets In Getting Short Sales Approved," "7 Short Sale Myths and How To Overcome Them", and "How To Get All The Money You Could Ever Handle: A Real Estate Investor's Guide To Funding Deals." He has engaged in several speaker roles, including Bank of America.
