Joe has made his company successful by implementing a carefully structured digital strategy, and, after 13 years, realized that there was no resource to help other businesses do the same. Joe wrote the book he wishes he had when he was first starting out as a tool for other small business owners. He now uses the book as a training manual for his new employees, but also wrote it as a warning to new bloggers and business owners; digital marketing organizations are a new threat to small businesses.
