Breathing with James Nestor

James Nestor, science journalist and author, joins us to discuss his book, *Breath: The New Science of Lost Art*. After personal experiences of respiratory illnesses and conducting research, Nestor learned that we have become the worst breathers in the animal kingdom. However, our ancestors didn't have the same problems as we do today. Today, Nestor shares why we have so much trouble breathing and how we can help correct it. We discuss why we breathe the way we do now, solutions to fix our breathing, and the impact of CO2.
