Guest Episode: The Female Brain with Dr Sarah McKay | BrainTools #37

Dr. Sarah McKay is a Neuroscientist with a PhD in Neuroscience from Oxford University, featured on ABC as a TV presenter, a former freelance medical and author of "The Women's Brain Book". Today we're lucky enough to have her join us for our first guest episode to talk about what happens in the female brain during each month, how babies change parents brains and the most holistic way to support our mental health and wellbeing. She drops some absolute Brain Bombs in this episode, as well as shares her fascinating journey to where she is today, founder of The Neuroscience Academy and director of Think Brain. As our first interview episode, we'd love any feedback and thoughts on how to improve!
