Rudy Téllez was born in La Paz-Bolivia. In 1988, the family moved to the Philadelphia area. Rudy obtained his Bachelor's degree in Communications from West Chester University of PA, and his Masters of Education from Kutztown University of PA. He’s a court certified, medical certified, and conference interpreter, and serves as an adjunct professor of interpretation for the Master’s degree program at La Salle University.
