Welcome to the ninth day of doctrine with a gift of a Gadget or a Gizmo. Artificial intelligence and large language models are important for the doctrine community to understand and use. In today’s episode, Major Scott McMahan from CADD’s Operational Level Doctrine Division discusses the conversations within the doctrine community and how doctrine authors can use these tools. Note that this conversation is a snapshot in time and changes to the Army-approved large language model, CamoGPT, are already well underway. Each fall, the doctrine community comes together for the Doctrine Developers Forum (DDF). At this year’s DDF, we invited doctrine authors to share what they are working on.
