Ambassador of Argentina calls relations with Russia “historically very good”

Ricardo Ernesto Lagorio. Born on March 7, 1955. In 1978 he graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina "Santa Maria de Buenos Aires" with a degree in international relations. In 1978-1979. was a student at the Argentine Foreign Service Institute. From 1982 to 1989 he worked at the Permanent Mission of Argentina to the United Nations, and from 2001 to 2003 at the Argentine Embassy in the United States of America. Then he worked as Foreign Policy Advisor to the Vice President of Argentina, Director of Policy Planning and Strategic Analysis at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
