In this episode, Diego Nájera speaks to Stefanie Alvarez , a British-Colombian Law graduate and current Advocate at a specialist law firm in the city of London.
In this conversation, Stefanie gives us a deep and revealing insight into Law as a profession and career, her experiences, the challenges she has faced along the journey and what she did to overcome them and eventually complete her Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) and be called to the Bar.
We also go into her plans for the future, her career aspirations and what it is like to be one of very few women of Latin American heritage in the profession here in the United Kingdom.
