In this episode we hear from two such young professionals - Navdeep Mehay, Group Leader at the UK Atomic Energy Authority and Kat Rosier, Electrical and Electronic Design Engineer at Veolia Nuclear Solutions - about how becoming standards-makers has had a positive and rewarding impact on their career development. Navdeep and Kat share their experiences of taking part in the IEC Young Professionals Programme – supported by BSI and its partners - as their first steps into the world of developing standards at national and international level.
