There are thousands of things that need to be done to keep the restaurant Relevant and Thriving. The problem is knowing What is Important - NOW - Today. Everything SEEMS Important – because everything IS Important We need to INCREASE SALES and make a PROFIT We need to satisfy the CUSTONMER and Keep EMPLOYEES Happy. We need to INNOVATE and Keep the place CLEAN and ORGANIZED. We need to build the SYSTEM and Improve QUALITY And we need the FREEDOM to live our personal lives… And not be a slave to our business. SO… how do we manage all of that - without going crazy…? Well that is what we are going to talk about today…
