I share 3 lessons from helping 3 people successfully land new jobs this year - all of which were promotions into different areas from where they were previously.
The 3 people came from very different paths and the journey to get to their career leap was also over different lengths of time with their fair share of challenge in between.
It’s so easy to jump into assumptions about how people land promotions - because what most people see is only what’s visible on the surface.
So I thought I’d take the opportunity to share with you 3 things I learned from helping these 3 people. A little behind the scenes on the preparation involved in putting their best feet forward to land these opportunities.
