A marketeer by trade, James worked as CEO and CMO in a number of large multinationals including fashion brand Anthropology, VisitLondon and Selfridges, where he oversaw the incredible turnaround of that business in the early noughties. Buying Springwise – a global crowdsourcing movement for innovative ideas - in 2015 was the catalyst for James’s innovation journey. In 2017, inspired by Springwise, he co-founded Re_Set – a strategy consultancy focused on helping their clients in the areas of innovation, disruption and sustainability.
