On Tuesday, the S&P 500 fell into a bear market with stocks falling more 20% Monday and Tuesday.  At the same time, the 30-year fixed mortgage crossed 6% for the first time since 2008, sending mortgage applications to a 22-year low. The idea of a recession is getting stronger and stronger, but construction stocks are showing strong strength throughout this time.
