It's about that time to have a look back at 2013 so far. As expected quality soulful house releases haven't been that plentiful following the trend of recent years. In contrast it's been a good year so far on the deep side helped by the many young producers adding to the scene. The likes of James Dexter, Evan Iff, Detroit Swindle, Kyodai and Dale Howard. In addition established producers have come into great form too with the likes of Ross Couch & Danny J Lewis producing tune after tune. Add to that the bankers - Sean McCabe, Nick Moss, Shur-I-Kan, Richard Earnshaw with the Spiritchaser releases and it's been a pretty good year so far.This mix highlights the chunkier side.
