STOP being so hard on yourself. I know that you think that being hard on yourself is helping you to get things done and is what you need to do in order to accomplish things. However, it's oftentimes the opposite of that. And even if you recognize that being hard on yourself isn't helping you, it can really be hard to get out of that pattern.
