These experiences laid the foundation for what would grow into a profound culinary calling- one deeply rooted in purpose, faith, and community. A graduate of The International Hotel and Tourism Institute, Chef Marlon blends classical training with years of hands-on experience, including eight memorable years at Hemingways Nairobi. There, he honed his skills, learned the power of teamwork, and cultivated a leadership style that values consistency, creativity, and respect.
