It's the second week of Advent and this week we will be reflecting on the gift of peace + MONDAY: This week we light the second candle, known as the Bethlehem Candle and reflect on Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem. + TUESDAY: On the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, we are reminded that peace must start with trusting God, of which Mary is the perfect example. + WEDNESDAY: On the feast of St. Lucy, we are reminded that we can still experience peace, even when terrible things are happening to us. + THURSDAY: On the feast of St. John of the Cross, we are reminded that God alone is unchanging, all of the hardships we face now will pass away. + FRIDAY: Jesus is the Prince of Peace and it is the very gift of Himself that will bring peace to our lives.
