A year to remember in China

As the CBI celebrated its tenth birthday in China, the Head of the CBI’s Office in Beijing and China expert, Guy Dru Drury, reflects on a year that saw Carolyn Fairbairn’s first visit to the country as CBI Director-General, as well as the UK’s decision to withdraw from the European Union. He also explains the CBI’s work for members across South East Asia, from Laos to the Philippines, and looks ahead to how the CBI will support British businesses in China in 2017.
