We will review secure attachment theories to enhance Executive functioning. We will review the Interpersonal Neurobiology take on categories of attachment, the Mary Ainsworth Strange Situation experiment We will also see how a trauma informed perspective coupled with secure attachment can help lower chronic stress in our child's life, develop executive functioning skills and build emotional well-being that will follow our child child for the rest of his/her life.
