It’s normal to feel frustrated when we can't do something perfectly right away. When that happens, let’s try to change our mindset so that we don’t immediately expect perfection of ourselves when trying new things. Making mistakes is part of the learning process, and we can use those obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow.
