Heidi and Ellen talk to Jenna and Adan. Jenna is currently a student midwife working at a birth center and also works part-time at her local food co-op. She loves both jobs but is wondering if it’s time to let go of the job at the co-op. Adan has long worked for a locally-owned outdoors shop as the Operations Manager. His dream was to buy the shop one day, but that is seeming less and less likely as the years go on. He wonders if it is time for him to put his energy into finding something new and let go of the dream he once had.
