Should your club have a Code of Conduct? How do you even develop one? And then, if you have to rely on it, how do you know it will actually work?Helena Toscasa from Gateway Rotaract sits down with RA Vice Chair Holly Corbett, to talk about her club's code of conduct - which also includes a member misconduct procedure, a grievance resolution procedure, and a misconduct rubric.Gateway Rotaract (which is based in Victoria) has also been kind enough to share their documents with the Rotaract Australia Family so that you can use their work as an example. They have also shared their incident report form and club member application form - two critical components to great club governance! These will be uploaded by the end of February to the Rotaract Australia Website, under the resources tab.
