The Adelaide City Rotaract Club is maybe the first club in Australia to initiate a Reconciliation Action Plan also known as a RAP. What is a RAP? Well it is a document that outlines how a club is going to be mindful of the traditional owners of the land and agreed upon strategies to ensure positive and meaningful collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the community.
