Jack's claim to fame is that for his entire Rotaract life he has been a secretary - well up until a few months ago when he exchange the secretary role for president. Jack became his club's secretary right from the very first meeting of the club - even before the club officially had a president, so when we say he knows what he is doing he really knows what he is doing.
