$1b cut to operating allowance coming in Budget
The Finance Minister has virtually halved the amount of new money the govenrment will spend in next month's budget from 2.4 billion dollars to 1.3 billion. Nicola Willis made the announcement during a speech on Tuesday, while also giving more clues about what to expect in the not so big reveal.
