Al Brown urging people to switch to filter coffee
In the face of rising coffee prices top chef Al Brown is urging people to park the snobbery and make the switch to the more filter coffee rather barista made espresso. Brown reckons filter has come a long way, since the bad old days. The cost of coffee beans hit a record high of $14 a kg earlier this year. Al Brown spoke to Lisa Owen.
