Canada Liberal party projected to form 4th consecutive government

In Canada, Prime Minister Mark Carney has achieved a remarkable turnaround  - with his Liberal party projected to be able to form a fourth consecutive government. He became Prime Minister just last month after taking over from Justin Trudeau, whose popularity with voters was tanking. Steven Chase, a senior parliamentary reporter for the Globe and Mail spoke to Lisa Owen.
