Clean up in Canterbury underway after record rain fall

A local state of emergency remains in place for Christchurch and Banks Peninsla due to widespread flooding and slips. It's just been lifted in the Selwyn District. Although weather warnings have now lifted, authorities have been scrambling today, assessing the damage. Dozens of properties in Selywn have been affected with one resident lambasting authorities, as they face a costly repair job. Adam Burns reports.
