Fatal Kaikoura boat capsizing hit whale, report finds
A report has found the boat that capsized off the coast of Kaikoura in September 2022 - killing five people - had hit a whale and those who died were trapped in the petrol-contaminated hull. The Transport Accident Investigation Commission has this afternoon released its findings following an investigation into the tragedy. Lauren Crimp has more.
