Significant jump in stolen mopeds so far this year
Nifty fifties and mopeds are apparently the trendy new ride for young thieves in Christchurch at least. There's been massive jump in the number stolen so far this year and it seems teenagers and younger are the ones taking them. Senior Sergant Phil Newton from Canterbury Police spoke to Lisa Owen.
