US and China make deal to reduce import taxes for 90 days

There's been a breakthrough in the trade war between the world's two largest economies. Both the United States and China have agreed to a surprise deal to reduce import taxes which will last for 90 days. The news sent markets soaring but as US correspondent Todd Zwillich explained to Lisa Owen from Washington DC, it's a short-term reprieve.
