In these presentation, I am co-facilitating a Workshop "Beauty of Managing In Your Skin" from the "Heart of A Woman Conference" (HOAW) hosted by Natalie Williams of Women's Business Center in Charlotte. The workshop that me and Tori Stevens (Coach, Teacher, Speaker). You get to hear the pre-workshop prep (behind the scenes) and the whole workshop. The workshop we collaborated on was designed for women-thinking or planning to shift from corporate America to run/manage/lead your own company/ program.
