Olive Oil used in consecrating something & someone for a higher office/leadership: i.e. a minister, pastor, prophet, king, queen. In Biblical times, many were anointed via smearing of oil to signify God's blessing, mandate & call (John 1:41; James 5:14; Exodus 29:7; 2 Corinthians 1:21; Isaiah 61:1; etc.)
