Ep.063 How to Plan and Revise Effectively for an Online Exam

#063 – Sitting an exam in person, in an exam hall, can be a pretty stressful experience. But in-person exams have been the norm for most universities forever so it may feel a little daunting to have to sit an online exam at home. Or you may be thinking ‘yippee!’ at the thought of an online exam. Because they DO have their upsides. But they do require a different revision strategy than an in-person exam. When it’s less about memorisation and more about application...your revision strategies need to change. Yes, you may get to have your books and notes around to help, but that can actually cause more issues than it solves. In the past year I’ve worked with A LOT of students who took their first ever online exam from home...and failed...because they didn’t take it seriously, or because they didn’t think their exam strategy would have to change. In this episode, I’m going to share with you my simple 7-step process to help you plan and revise effectively for an online exam.
