Princess Julia and Horse Meat Disco on Grace Jones 'Warm Leatherette' with Classic Album Sundays

Classic Album Sundays' Colleen 'Cosmo' Murphy and Horse Meat Disco’s Luke Howard and the legendary Blitz kid Princess Julia discuss Grace Jones' fourth album 'Warm Leatherette'. The album was a new wave inspired departure from her Seventies disco recordings and recorded with a stellar set of musicians known as the Compass Point Allstars. The musicians included Jamaican chart toppers, Sly & Robbie, keyboardist and silent member of Level 42, Wally Badarou, guitarists Mikey ‘Mao’ Chung, Barry ‘White’ Reynolds and percussionist Uziah ‘Sticky’ Thompson all under the direction of Island Records founder, Chris Blackwell and in house label producer, Alex Sadkin.
