S1E17: Big Sister Hotline: Episode 17 Feat. Emily Writes

CN: This episode has discussion of anxiety, OCD, suicidal ideation and internalised homophobia. If you are experiencing thoughts of self harm, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14. This week, Clementine is joined by EMILY WRITES, a best selling author, columnist and podcast host from Aotearoa. They discuss the rage of early motherhood, the ethics of posting your children's lives online and the lessons we learn about parenting as it happens. On the hotline, they field questions about how to come out as an adult when you have internalised homophobia; how to grapple with self loathing and self hatred; and what we can do to raise strong children. This episode is longer than usual, but Clementine just couldn't edit any more out because the things Emily was saying were SO GOOD!  Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/clementineford-bigsisterhotline.
