Yet, we still aren't on track to reduce global carbon emissions at a pace that will limit global warming to 1,5 degrees. Why is that and how do we speed up green action? These are the questions episode 5 of Climate Action Now explores. We talk to some of the most knowledgeable experts about what businesses, energy companies, investors, policy makers and you and me, the citizens, can do to show love for our shared home, Planet Earth. Joining us in this episode are Katherine Richardson - Head of the Sustainability Science Center at the University of Copenhagen and a UN appointed expert, who you might remember from episode 2. We also welcome Dr. Andrew Steer, CEO of the World Resources Institute in Washington DC, which is perhaps the worlds most renowned research organisation on climate and energy.
