Paul McCarthy grew up in Cork, Ireland, and went to school there. He lives around the corner from the sea, and likes to dip in now again - literally, swim in the ocean. He calls it a great shock to the system, but ensured that I know he doesn't spend a full hour in the water. Five years ago, Paul was fed up with the archaic ways that properties were managing their safety, maintenance and work orders manually, through platforms like WhatsApp. He set out to build the simplest way to manage your hotel, facilities and team - using photos.
