You Can Sit with Us: Mom Friendships, Shaming and Judgements

This week the hosts ran into some serious challenges with their initial recording of the episode covering this topic and couldn’t meet at the same time because life is busy!! So they decided that one host would cover down and do the episode and that host was Alexis this time around!! Alexis shared different ways to clear mom shame out of our lives and what the difference is between a friendship and a momship. As she navigates through the frustrations of mom-shame she reminds the listeners how hard and confusing motherhood is; although there are things we don’t always see eye-to-eye, motherhood should be a table that all mommies doing what they feel is best for their baby can sit at. Missing Amanda, Alexis concludes the episode advocating for responsive parenting and what Coffee and Cosleeping really stands for.  .  Links mentioned in today's episode: https://www.medela.us/breastfeeding/articles/mom-shaming-10-ways-you-might-be-doing-it  https://peyterbug.com/collections/coffee-cosleeping  Use code: cosleep15 --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/coffeeandcosleeping/support
