How To Overcome Negative Self-Talk

Today we're diving into something common that makes us all human, and it's negative self-talk. We do this when we look in the mirror, when we scroll through social media, when we lay our heads down at night. We all do it -- and there are ways to 'undo' it and overcome those negative thoughts your inner critic is telling you.Part of the strategy of overcoming is to pause, consider the thought, and think: is this thought real? Are these expectations based on something external, or are they real? What triggered this though?Let's take a reality check together and take an inventory on whether these thoughts are realistic or not, and focus on the positive thoughts that counterbalance the negative ones! After all, we're in this together.
