I am starting a new series on the podcast around racism in America. I recently watched the documentary on Netflix - When They See Us - and was moved to start a conversation and be better educated on what it is like being black in America. The series will include me having a conversation with different black people, hearing their stories and experiences, and talking about hidden or unconscious biases we as white people might have. Racism is a problem and we need to confront in. Hard conversations need to be had and people need to be heard. Join the conversation and LISTEN.
