Achieving a Goal by Overcoming Unforeseen Challenges with Host Vicki O'Neill

Challenging yourself to a higher level of achievement, not enjoying the process along the way resulting in no longer liking what I once loved. It happens.  In this episode, I review the process I encountered with something I talked about for years and finally put into motion.  I set a goal, created a plan and committed to making it happen.  I even had a backup plan just to make sure I accomplished it.  We all have goals like this. The difference is most people enjoy the process and raise the stakes.  I was the opposite. I actually don't enjoy running any more. Even when I run I don't enjoy it as much as I once did. And this is why.
