This could be the most timely book you have ever read. I sat down with Neuroscientist and author Wendy Suzuki and unpacked her incredible career. We explore how she found herself focussing her career on the brain-changing benefits of exercise, her greatest mentor and, of course, her new book, Good Anxiety. I have read Good Anxiety, and it's one of the best books I have read on how to improve your mental health through practice/training.
